Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
   Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.
   Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays.
   Tracking information may take additional time to update due to courier schedules.
2. Delivery Time
   Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
   We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.
3. Change of Delivery Address
   You may change your shipping address free of charge before a tracking number is issued.
   After the tracking number has been provided, address changes are no longer possible.
4. Order Tracking

• If you have registered an account, you can check your order and shipping status in your account dashboard.
• If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order using your Order ID and email on the order tracking page.

5. Order Cancellation
   If you cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund with no handling fees.
   Once the order is shipped, the standard return policy applies.
6. Shipping Coverage
   No sales tax is charged on any order.
7. Cut-off Time for Same-day Processing
   Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00, Pacific Standard Time) are eligible for same-day processing.
